The freedom came from the boring stuff

People assume the travel comes first. For me it came last. First I had to fix the business so it did not need me in one place. That meant a clear process, work I could hand off, and clients who were a good fit. None of that is glamorous. But once it was in place, my location stopped mattering. I could open a laptop in a new city and the business kept running.

How the income keeps coming

I do not run ads to keep leads flowing. I lean on organic reach, referrals, personalized video, and guesting on shows like this one. Then I keep my own time low by delegating the repeatable work and holding on to the few things only I should do. That mix is what lets the money keep coming while I move around.
