This Privacy Policy explains how Impact Leads LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit mikemoll.co (the "Site") or interact with our content, forms, and services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, sign up for a free resource, register for a workshop, request information, or purchase something, we collect the details you provide. This can include your name, email address, and any other information you choose to share in a form or message.

Payment information

When you buy something through the Site, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your full payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own security and privacy standards. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

Signing an agreement

When you sign a service agreement on the Site, we keep a record of the signing: the name and address you enter, your typed signature, the date and time you signed, your IP address and browser details, and a copy of the signed agreement. We keep this record as proof of the agreement and email you a copy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics (deployed via Google Tag Manager).

Information from public sources

When you contact us, sign up for something, or book a call, we may look up publicly available information about you and your business, such as your website and your public social media profiles (for example LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook). We use it to understand how we can help, to plan how we follow up, and to connect with you on those platforms. Service providers collect this public information for us.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the Site function and help us understand how visitors use it. We use them for basic Site operation, analytics, and to measure the performance of our content and marketing. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.

Page visits linked to your contact record

The Site also keeps its own record of the pages you visit, using a random identifier stored in your browser. On its own, that identifier does not tell us who you are. If you fill in a form, book a call, or click a link to the Site in an email we sent you, we connect that browser's page visits, including earlier ones, to your contact record in our CRM, so we can see which of our content you have read. We record the page address, its title, the page that sent you there, campaign tags (utm parameters), and how far you watch any training video on the page. We do not record the rest of a web address's query string. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not record your visits at all. You can ask us to delete this history at any time.

When you fill in a form or book a call, our CRM also keeps the ad-click identifier in the link you arrived on (from Google, Meta, Microsoft or LinkedIn) and the Google Analytics and Meta browser IDs the Site sets, so we can see which ads and campaigns lead to calls. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are not recorded.

When you fill in a form or book a call, we share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address and phone number with Google and Meta so they can tell us which of our ads led to it and help us show our ads to people likely to be interested. We also use the pages you visit and the videos you watch here to show our ads to past visitors on Google, Facebook and Instagram. You can turn off personalised ads in your Google and Meta ad settings.

How we use your information

• To deliver the resources, trainings, workshops, or services you request.
• To process payments and manage your purchases.
• To keep a record of agreements you sign with us.
• To learn about your business from public sources and follow up with you, including on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• To send you emails, including content, updates, and marketing messages (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To understand how the Site is used and to improve our content and offers.
• To protect the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.

Email and marketing

If you opt in, we may send you marketing emails through our customer relationship and email platform. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may still receive non-marketing messages related to a purchase or request you made.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, and only as needed for them to perform their work. These include:

• GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management (CRM) and email platform.
• Supabase — the database behind our CRM, where contact records and page-visit history are stored.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — email delivery from our CRM.
• Apify, Outscraper, and Bright Data — collecting publicly available information about your business and your public social media profiles.
• Prosp — sending LinkedIn connection requests and messages on our behalf.
• Anthropic — AI services that help us summarize information in our CRM and suggest how to follow up.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google — website analytics, tag management, Google Ads conversion measurement (including hashed contact details for enhanced conversions), and ad audiences.
• Meta — advertising measurement and ad audiences, through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API (which receives hashed contact details).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at mike@mikemoll.co. We will respond consistent with applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message. You can also ask us not to contact you on social media, or to delete the information we collected about you from public sources, by emailing us at the same address.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
