These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mikemoll.co (the "Site") and any content, products, or services offered through it. The Site is operated by Impact Leads LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site or purchase anything from us. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, copy or scrape its content for commercial use, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, trainings, and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to Impact Leads LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our content without our written permission.
5. Purchases and payments
We may offer paid products from time to time, such as workshop tickets and coaching subscriptions. When you make a purchase:
- Prices and any recurring billing terms will be shown at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms as well as ours.
- You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown, including any applicable taxes.
- For subscription products, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Unless a different policy is stated at the time of purchase, the following applies:
- Workshop tickets: refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop start time; within 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.
- Coaching subscriptions: you can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by law.
If a specific product lists its own refund terms at checkout, those terms control. To request a refund or cancel, email mike@mikemoll.co.
7. No guarantee of results
Our content, coaching, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes. We share strategies and guidance in good faith, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or result. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and circumstances. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on and may link to third-party services and websites, such as our payment, hosting, analytics, and email providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Leads LLC and its owners, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or our products or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impact Leads LLC and its owners, members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
