TLDR

BE-Bonfire Entrepreneurs is a mindset and wellbeing show. Kajal Khurana helps founders handle stress and burnout so they keep going. This is not a tactics show, so I came on to talk about the mindset side of my story. Here is the honest version.

The wall I hit

I ran a Google Ads agency for 13 years. For a long stretch I thought more clients and more hours was the only way forward. Then a downsizing and a near-burnout stopped me cold. I was tired in a way sleep did not fix. The scary part was that the business looked fine from the outside while I was falling apart inside it. That gap is where a lot of founders live, and it is why so many quit.

What changed

I did not quit. I changed how I worked. I cut down to fewer, better clients. I raised prices so the math worked without the grind. I set boundaries and stopped saying yes to everything. Doing less felt risky at first, and it turned out to be the thing that kept me in the game. If your body is telling you something, listen to it before the business forces the lesson. I talk more about building a lighter, freer way of working on Livin That Life and on the Fox Talks Business podcast.
