Why this room

You're the most advanced operator in every room you're in. There's nobody left to ask.

Most AI groups are thousands of beginners learning the tools. You're making big calls with nobody around to check your read.

This room is a board of advisors who don't take equity or a salary. Most calls center on one member's problem: a price he's scared to raise, or a hire he can't get right. Then someone shows you what they built so they never touch that problem again.

"The workshop had a mastermind feel. Getting feedback from people making as much as you want to be making is inspiring and motivational."

Eli Adelson

Who this is for

Established operators.

You've run the same core offer for at least a year and you have a stable base of clients. You use AI to run the business better: operations, processes, your own internal tools.

Your product can be anything. You don't have to run an AI company.

What's included

Two calls a month

75 minutes. Bring a problem, leave with a decision. Or sit in and take notes.

A WhatsApp thread

Intros, quick answers, and the occasional "I built this, take it." I keep the noise down.

Travel and meetups

We track where everyone's headed. If two of us land in the same city, we get dinner.

The member black book

My list of operators, builders, and closers. Warm intros only.

The shared vault

Tools, prompts, and builds members drop in as they go.

A vetted room

Every member came through an interview with me.

Who gets in

I interview every applicant myself.

I'm looking for operators who give more than they take: guys who can be honest, take a joke, and would be good company at dinner in a random city.

Kevin Nations said it best: my job is to keep the wrong people out.

Who runs the room

Mike Moll

I've been running service businesses since 2013. I built a marketing agency to $700K a year, worked with Volvo and Patak's, and nearly went bankrupt twice by making it too complicated. I went on Dragon's Den, got a deal, and lost it in due diligence.

Since 2019 I've coached founders and agency owners. I've been a fractional CMO for a $20M probiotics company and built sales processes for media companies selling $100K+ video packages.

I run my own businesses the way this room does. In 2025 I launched a Google Maps marketing company on a lean, AI-driven model.

And since 2018 I've been bringing founders together: dinners in seven countries and a few small private rooms. This is the newest one.

  • Agency to $700K/yr
  • Volvo ยท Patak's
  • Fractional CMO, $20M company
  • Dragon's Den
  • Founder rooms since 2018

"You've really lived it and done the things you're talking about. That makes a big difference."

From founders I've worked with

"Right now I'm making a few multiples higher than when I came to you, which was already a good income, with three to four people on my team."

Sean Grabowski, Keepers Digital

"We're making between 30 and 40 thousand a month in recurring revenue, and a big part of that has to do with you."

Daniela, agency owner

"It helped me move from an individual-contributor freelancer to actually feeling like a business owner."

Tyler, agency owner

FAQ
Do I need to be building an AI product?
No. Your business can be anything. What matters is that you use AI to run it better: operations, processes, your own internal tools.
How technical do I need to be?
Not much. Plenty of members aren't engineers. They taught themselves to build automations and tools with AI.
What if I can't make every call?
That's fine. Nothing's mandatory. The room's built for busy people.
Why men only?
It's men only. That's the room I set out to build, and it's the one I can keep at the standard I want. No deeper reason than that.
How do you vet people?
We talk. You come in through me or an existing member. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you straight.
What's it cost?
$85 a month, billed quarterly. Priced low on purpose. The interview does the filtering.
Can I bring people in?
Yes, after you're in. Same bar as everyone else.
